I don’t know what I’m doing wrong 😫

I’ve been trying to breast feed and my baby will latch but it’s only for a few seconds and then she starts crying and pushing away from my breast. I’ve tried several positions and even had a lactation consultation show me some positions and it’s just not working out. I’ve been trying to pump also. The consultant told me to pump every 3 hours for at least 10 mins on each breast. I’ve been doing that since yesterday and only have maybe 10ml of milk. I think that’s crazy for the amount of times I’ve pumped. I’ve also been trying to latch baby when she’s hungry but it’s always the same, crying and then pushing away. She’s been gaining weight and doing really good on formula but I really wanted breast feeding to work out. I go back to the lactation consultant Wednesday but I’m just super frustrated. I know I have milk bc my shirt gets spots from them leaking. One side I can usually get a few drops each time I pump and the other it’s always nothing.
