new pregnancy or PREVIOUS HCG

I had a 7 week miscarriage on may 6. So it's been about 4 weeks now.

At 3.5 weeks I had a positive preg test.

And I know it could be left over HCg so fine left it at that.

A day later I had tiny spotting for day that's it. Barely there.

A few days later aka today I take another preg test and this is what I get a bright positive. Is this a new pregnancy??????

I already had an ultrasound after everything passed and it was clear everything came out.

I never tested when my HCg went back to 0. But when I had my other losses it went back to 0 or vvf by week 4
