Upset stomach early pregnancy
This past week I’ve had 2-3 days of extremely bad upset stomach & cramping.. no bleeding just diarrhea. Didn’t have this with my first & have been told it could be hormone related or obviously something I ate but it’s been random days.. anyone else have this early on & all was normal? I feel terrible & am worried it’s a sign of impending miscarriage :( I’m around 6 weeks
