Gestational sac Filled with blood ?

Hi guys so I’ve been irregular ever since I have my first baby. She’s now 2 after that we tried for baby #2 took us 15months to conceive only because I drank clomid on my own without a doctor supervision and I ended up pregnant this month. I also have PCOS. So. I am suppose to be 6 weeks 3 days according to my last period

April 20. I schedule an appointment to get my proof of pregnancy I went in two days later they did me a urine test and the lines came out super faint way fainter then the ones I took at home. They proceeded to do an ultrasound to see how far along I was but when they did it she said my gestational sac was filled with blood and I should bleed soon? That’s all they told me. I was wondering did anyone else have this or went through this and what did they tell y’all was it a miscarriage or too early in pregnancy
