Omg round ligament pain ????

Currently 19weeks and this round ligament pain is really no joke! Is anyone else is experiencing this ? I had to curl up in a ball the other morning for 3 hours while it passed/ muscle relaxed! If I moved it felt like it would tighten again! Also does anyone else get pain after going to the toilet ??? It’s like after I have emptied my bladder I get sharp aching pain Like my bladder is manually contracting ... (this is my first pregnancy so it’s all so new to me)
