Nexplanon

Does y’all boobs, like nipples get sore while on nexplanon. I usually have multiple periods in a month but about every month and half my boobs get sore and I’m always afraid that I’m pregnant, I’m really starting to realize that it’s just a symptom of my birth control but every now and then I freak out. I should be good because we use condoms as extra protection, but I still worry from time to time. This time, my breast tenderness is coming a little sooner then usual and has me worried
