Did you experience postpartum psychosis?

Please, if you have, tell me your experiences. I am so terrified. I had a bout of psychosis about a year ago that was drug induced. Now I'm so scared of it happening after I have my baby. Im almost 16 weeks.

I’ve not experienced ppp myself but have clients (I’m a social worker) who have as well as a friend in my personal life.
I’d suggest building a support network of people you trust (inclusive of friends, family, health care providers, etc) and let them know signs and symptoms to be mindful of. It can for sure be challenging to be so transparent and vulnerable but important in ensuring you have help if you need it.
 Bullet point journaling is a good idea so if your thoughts start to spin or shift away from reality based thinking, you’ll have a gauge. 
Ps - living through a drug induced psychosis doesn’t mean you’ll experience a pp psychosis.
