am i pregnant?

hi, i have really bad anxiety so this is more confirmation than an actual question, i just need reassurance that i am not, in fact, pregnant. i’m 19 and have been on the combination birth control pill for over three months. my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex recently with the knowledge that i’m on the pill but i am now just very anxious because my period is a day late but i have all the symptoms of pms. could someone just tell me with confidence that i’m not pregnant?
