Can’t control myself anymore

So when I was pregnant with my daughter, it was like I wasn’t even pregnant when it came to… well everything. The only symptoms I had was having to pee all the time, acid reflux, and heartburn and that wasn’t until I got to my 3rd trimester. I didn’t even really feel her when she would move (besides when she’d push her foot against my ribs) But this pregnancy is the total opposite! My boobs hurt all the time, I’m getting horrible gas pains to the point I throw up and crap myself at the same time, I’m starving all the time, yet nauseous and emotional to the point I snap at people then cry about it…. I feel like I’m going out of my mind! Just wondering if anyone else has had a hard pregnancy 😔 I feel so defeated and I’m only 18 weeks!
