Will this be enough?
I am desperate to loose weight. I am just not happy or comfortable looking at myself anymore.
I'm a SAHM to my 2 children aged 2 and 3.5yrs. I am classed as obese according to my BMI. I am 5ft 3 and 200lbs. My problem areas, are everything really, my belly (Not lost from my 2 back to back pregnancies), my face (I've noticed this a lot recently), my arms and my legs. I am desperate for new bras but I just can't find any that fit me or support me properly being about a 38G. I know my size will change when loosing weight so don't want to spend loads just to spend loads again. I am just very uncomfortable in my skin right now. I see things everywhere like embrace your body. Love yourself for you etc... and I do. I'm proud of what my body has given me and I have no problem with my belly full of stretch marks or loose skin. It's the fat. And I can't blame baby weight as its not solely that anymore. I've put on weight in the past year. My jeans were comfortable last year about April time. Got to about November and I started noticing a change in the way they fit etc and other clothing too. But I didn't do anything about it. Just kept telling myself I would. Now I need to. I can't keep wearing Jeans and a baggy hoodie in the middle of the summer. Especially running around after 2 kids. I am not comfortable going to the gym or working out infront of my partner so I'm just wondering if I start by eating better and keeping to a lower amount of calories a day and going for a walk every night once the kids are in bed and my partner is home. Maybe waking 10,000 a night, and increasing my water intake drastically as I really don't drink enough. Would this be a good place to start? Until I feel more confident and can factor in workouts. I guess anything is better than nothing right? I don't want a drastic quick weight loss. I'm prepared to work at it and it do it properly over time because I need to make myself healthy aswell as loosing weight. What would your advice be for me?
