Back massager for my lower back cramps?

The area gets very tender during my cycle so I need something gentle. When my s/o tries to rub it it just hurts worse because it’s so tender. It’s uncomfortable for me to rub it so a massager my s/o could use that wouldn’t hurt me? Super weird I know lol lmk please!

I get back cramps as well because I have a tilted uterus. I swear by a hot water bottle, arnica, and I use a cream called cool azul from young living that I'm obsessed with, it's store bought (and chemical laden) version would be icy hot.

Take a warm bath or take ibuprofen or both. Those are the only things that work for me
