Struggling

Hey ladies,

I am 10.5w with twins and really struggling with my hyperemesis diagnosis. I am on various medications prescribed by the doctor and have been in hospital a few times already. Even on medication I still vomit multiple times a day and dry wretch.

I have a 3 yo - my mum and neighbour are supportive with helping cook and clean but I am really struggling with my husband. He wasn’t the best at dealing with pregnancy the first time around and he’s no better this time. How can I get him to see how much I am struggling and understand what I’m going through? It’s like he’s just burying his head in the sand but I really need him to see me - did anyone else have trouble with their partner not howling how to deal with it
