10 week scan looks weird to me

I had my first ultrasound (ever!) at 10 weeks on the dot this last Friday. I can’t really tell what is what here. My doctor didn’t have a great idea either. I’m a little concerned about that black divet on what appears to be the head. I’m guessing the ultrasound machine just wasn’t that clear. Anyone else have a 10 week scan that looks similar to this!? I think the bigger part on the right is baby’s head...

Everything measured correctly and baby had a heartbeat of 176bpm.
