Anyone get really cold around or during the time of their period?

I’m 28, and have raynauds. But I’ve noticed it normally flares up around the time I start my period. I get really cold (when it’s 72° inside.) I’ll get goosebumps, really irritable, and my skin burns, my hands and feet feel like ice. My fingers and bottoms of feet turn white. I end up having to sit in almost scalding hot water for about 35 minutes to just warm up. I’ve already been to the doctor and she did tests and said it’s normal cold intolerance but I think I’m going to get a second opinion 😞 I’ve never had this problem until the last few years and it’s worsening.
