Someone please help🥺

So I got a positive on 6/3 well 3 days later I stared to spot barely ! And then the past two days I stared to bleed more and cramp more 🙁so I went to the hospital on 6/6 and they said my levels were 1,000 and on 6/4 they was only 500 is this okay ? they said it could possibly be a threatened miscarriage but I’m so confused to why my numbers are going up but I’m bleeding and cramping 😫they did more labs today 6/7 and will call me to let me know if they are still going up !
