Super early ultrasound

So according to my LMP I would be a little past 7 weeks today, BUT based on my knowledge that I ovulate later (around CD21 instead of 14) I know that I’m typically about a week behind their calculated measurements. I got this ultrasound done today (due to recurrent losses) and was told they call this “the diamond ring” which is the yolk sac and the embryo as the “diamond”

While terrifying to not yet see a baby or heartbeat, I thought this was pretty cool as I’ve never seen it before.
