Salicylic acid face wash is allowed now, according to my doctor AND Dr. Google. It helped a lot.

My last pregnancy I used Dove beauty bar. I switched back and forth between the blue and the un scented and then used an Olay moisturizer. My face responded really well and cleared up after about a week.

I literally just went to the dermatologist and the ONLY thing she recommended for acne was CeraVe. I use the cream-to-foam and it actually has been working fairly well for me. I was nervous it wouldn't do much because it is a "gentler" fash wash. But my dermatologist was adamant that I keep babes safe and stick with this brand. It was "expensive" in my opinion, but I usually get the stuff that's on sale lol. But ill buy whatever I need to keep my face clean and my baby safe and healthy 😊 hope this helps!
