Missed twin?

By my calculations (from date of last period) this would have been a 10 week scan for me -however the ultrasound machine measured the baby at 9 weeks and a couple days. (I know these machines can be off by a few days so I’m not really worried about that)

I’ve been looking at the images and can’t help but Wonder if there is a missed twin here. The baby that the doctor pointed out is the image to the left in the pictures below. But I also see what looks like another baby on the right side up against the wall.

Thoughts ?

I won’t go back for another scan until July 1 (I will be 13 weeks and a few days at that point)
