Reoccurring cyst near pelvic area

TMI warning

I have had thrips reoccurring pimple for months right near where my left and pelvis meet. it’s right where the underwear line sits. it’s come and gone 3 different times within the past 3 months. I don’t get it! I even stopped wearing underwear some days just so i can avoid irritating that area but it always makes it’s way back. its painful because of the area it’s in so it even hurts to walk bc it rubs it.

I don’t know what to do. should i go to the doctor about it or is there anything i can do to help prevent it? i wash my body everyday so i know i’m keeping the area clean but i do have thicker thighs to maybe it’s still getting too irritated anyway. ugh idk. please let me know your suggestions.
