Any care tips for conch piercing?

I just got my conch pierced the other day and would like to hear some good care tips to keep it clean and happy.

Salt water everyday, dont touch it unless you have to, avoid sleeping on it and try not to get it caught in your hair. Other then that there's not much else i can tell you. Had mine done for a few years now.

Use a sterile saline spray to clean it, don’t move it around, and don’t sleep on it :)
