Falling out of love?

How did you know you were falling out of love with your partner? I’ve been with mine since we were 12 and 13 and just within the last couple months it’s been different.

I guess for me with my ex of 15 years it was a mixture of all sorts I guess sometimes you just out grow one another and I found that lack of affection, attention, daily routine and just resentment from bickering and frustration from all the above it just felt tiring and wen I was trying to fix things he wasn’t giving the same energy back and in the end I felt it was just time to end this never ending cycle. 
It was hard at first as he was all I knew from the age of 15 but it took time to re discover myself and what I wanted from life I felt more happy and started to see that what we was both doing to one another wasn’t healthy and just the lack of excitement we had in the relationship and I started to reconnect with friends and just felt free from this depressed state I felt bing in that relationship.
Obviously I’d say talk about it with your partner and try fix things but don’t just stay round if you feel unhappy.

Are you just losing the spark? How are things different? I would look into some couples counseling - maybe y’all just need to bring the spark back and remember why y’all got together and fell in love in the first place
