What do you eat first thing in the morning?

I have no clue what to eat because everything makes me sick. I can’t even drink water. I’m so miserable

Breakfast essentials drink. It has protein and good vitamins and helps me feel like there’s something in my stomach to counteract the nausea. About 30 minutes after I drink it, I can eat an apple or banana.

A banana ginger smoothie. It's bland enough that I could get it down and having something in my tummy, esp the ginger, helped ease the nausea tremendously.
