Horny but I have a Hematoma on Pelvic rest until next Dr's app.

I was placed on pelvic rest since week 6 and 9 because of weird pink, and in *one* occasion very dark spotting.

until my next OB visit when I am 11 weeks. I'm currently 10 + 5 days. Not bleeding since week 7 just everyother day little cramps.

I understand pelvic rest means no sexual stimulation and soon in a few days I will have an ultrasound to check everything ♡ 2 days to find out! hopefully baby will be okay. I just wanted to know because I am so horny..... can I still like watch or read stuff without stimulating or touching myself.... I sometimes orgasm (not like the real stuff but like a little...) just by watching... or is that not safe or recommend either.

Asking because I don't want to do anything that might cause harm to baby.♡ and umm I haven't had those dreams 'to somewhat release the tension' just a few times lol, def. Not enough..
