Hearing pulse in ear?

This really isnt pregnancy related, but ima 19W for reference. Has anyone been able to hear their pulse in their ear? It is literally so loud 🥴 its only in my right ear. It’s been happening since about February-ish of this year. It’s gotten a lot louder/worse since I became pregnant, too. I can’t hear what people say to me half of the time because it’s so loud.

I have a cardiology app in a couple weeks, but just wondering if anyone else has went through this and what it could possibly be.

Google never does a good job at reassuring it’s something simple or normal.
