Help!

Hello, I am 6 weeks pregnant, and today I started to have cramps and back pain but they are bearable, I already called my obstetrician and as it is Sunday she didn't answer, I wanted to ask if it's normal, it's my first pregnancy, and I'm afraid of anything.
