SBA loans (jail time/bad credit)
So recently I’ve seen a Facebook post that says “PPP LOAN SEASON IS OVER TIME TO GET THE SBA LOANS EVERYBODY” but these people don’t have businesses, they’re basically scamming. Do you get jail time for this or does it just go on your credit report ?
