FERTILITY FRIEND CHANGED MY OVULATION DATES — HAVE MY TEMPS ROSE A “NORMAL, HEALTHY” AMOUNT?
Hello, all! I’m confused , again LOL new to temping.. FF changed my ovulation date from CD 10 (chart 1) to CD13 (chart 2) .. and now I’m not so sure what to make of it..
I have been having trouble sleeping lately, so if I wake up within an hour or so before I’m supposed to take my temp ( 5:30am ) , I will take it then, so it’s been a bit early. How much does this effect the accuracy? Thank you in advance!
