Advice needed.

So my daughters sperm donor contacts me today asking if we moved out of state and if shes with me. Obviously I have her with me. Shes with me every where I go.

A little back story; he wasnt there when I was pregnant, in fact he denied her every chance he could and even denied the fact of her being his. Told me to get an abortion etc. So I left it alone. I texted him when she was born to maybe see if he changed his mind. He didnt. So I let it go. Fast forward to when she was about 2 years old, he then filed against himself for child support and a DNA test. Obviously she was/ is his. He wanted to step up now all of a sudden because his former girlfriend and his mom told him he needed to. Months on and off hed get her, sometimes consistent other times not, many times of her coming home with night terrors etc. A time of her coming home with scabies, and a couple bruises but never anything consistent for me to use against him. We did this on and off for a couple years. Until she was about 5-6 years old, shed complain about going saying how he was mean to her,and would make her sleep downstairs by herself while hed let her step sister sleep up with them. Shed even come home and say she wouldnt be in a car seat, or that they road on the floor of a car which had me livid. But I never had proof..

Anyway its been about a year since hes seen her. The last time he got her was cause his mom picked her up. But other then that he wouldnt contact nothing..

What do I do to get his rights terminated? The on and off bull shit has to stop. Its damaging to her especially when she doesn't want to be there. And that's not my saying either. that's out of my 8 year olds mouth herself. When he called earlier and I had it on speaker she bawled when he asked to talk to her and went in another room. Of course hes probably only contacting cause fathers days soon and hes the type to only get her when it's the holidays.
