Confused!!

I ovulated on 6/3/21

On 6/10-6/12 which was 7 dpo-9dpo I had rusted color spotting, didn’t need a tampon nor panty liner, so I assumed my period was coming. I had tested the whole weekend and they all were negative Monday evening I was having some pelvic pain on the left side along with some lower stomach pain, so I went and took a test and it was a faint line took 2 more test and both had a faint line, fast forward to this morning I woke up went to use the bathroom and there was pink blood so I was assuming my period was coming again but then it stopped after an hour.. I’ve already emailed my ob just trying to see if anyone been through this before!!
