36+4 what do I do??? Please help?

The picture is from this morning but I have now lost two chunks of my plug with some blood in them. The second one didnt have as much but I still saw some. I have a Dr appt Friday already. I haven't had any contractions at least none close enough together or anything. I just feel really run down and have lower back pain and my hips hurt. I did have sex yesterday and today. But this past Friday my Dr checked me and I was tightly closed with her head at station +2 and my cervix behind her and up high.. I'm assuming me losing these chunks with blood in them means I've started to dilate.

This is my 2nd but I didn't make it past 36 weeks with my first and I was closely monitored with him.
