How many weeks pregnant am I? Plz help

Last period was 5-13-2021
The American pregnancy Association says I am 4 weeks 6 days, but then it gives details and says it’s week 5 June 11, 2021- June 17, 2021. Please see below: I do not understand. Can someone please explain? Thanks

4 weeks and 6 days means you are in your 5th week of pregnancy. When you hit 5 weeks pregnant you have started your 6th week.
