Does this happen to anyone else’s feet?

My feet get red/purple after standing for awhile. Is this normal? Im only 30 and not overweight…and it’s happened to me for as long as I can remember.

My sister gets this. I forget what they call it but the told her just to make sure she’s not leaving her feet in the same position for too long.

Have you been checked for diabetes?

Answer

Yes, it’s a symptom of something (blood pooling in the legs) but docs have never been able to figure out why for me. 🤷‍♀️ I know plenty of people that are healthy that have this and others that have issues like MS, EDS, dysautonomia, etc. that have it too.
I wouldn’t worry too much unless you show symptoms of other concerning issues. Then I’d consult with a doctor. 
Sometimes it can just be due to poor circulation which can fluctuate throughout your life or based on what you’ve been doing during the day.
