11w 5d Orangish discharge??

So this morning i went to the restroom and when i wiped i noticed alot of discharge orangish color. I contacted my doctor and went to the office immediately cause i was scared it's never happened to me before.There was a trace of blood in my urine but She checked babys heart rate it was great and also took a few samples from my Vag. And said that theres no signs of miscarriage.I haven't had sex recently or anything i know that would cause something like this to happen.She said she would call with results from my swabs. Has anyone had this happen before? What could this be?
