Helppp

Is anyone else in their first trimester (I'm 7 weeks 2 days) and itchy skin and scalp at night?? I'm kinda scared cuz It just started last night but it's my leg, armpits, (my stomach is sometimes itchy during the day which I know is normal) and my arms somewhat and my back a little and my sides. I notice it more on my leg and armpits tho. I feel like it could be due to when I shave , hair seems to grow back so fast since being pregnant. Idk if age matters but I'm only 24, I did have a miscarriage back in 2017 but I was so much earlier than I am now I'm pretty sure.
