PCOS/endometrial hyperplasia
I feel sooo torn. In march I got my iud out because we are ready for another baby. I'm only 20 years old and have a two year old. My bf and I are renting a house in the country with plenty of room for another baby, I'm a SAHM at the moment, and we are very financially ready, so thought it was a great time to try. After getting my iud out in March, I had a normal period that month, no period on April, and I've been bleeding going on 34 days now. I met with my dr last week and they did a transvaginal ultrasound. I have PCOS and endometrial hyperplasia. They did a biopsy which was sooo painful, but luckily nothing came back cancerous. However I was told that the chances of me getting pregnant are next to nothing and the safe thing to do would be to get a hysterectomy. I even got a second opinion and they said the same thing. I just can't do it. I had an extremely traumatizing birth/emergency c-section with my son and ever since then, I have always felt like my body failed. I dealt with horrible PPD as well. I love kids and only wanted 1 more and was going to be done. I just wanted 1 more time. I feel terrible. I don't know what to do. Does anyone else have experience with this?
