Severe pain when I stand or pee

Since last night I started getting uncomfortable pain in my low stomach , hip area and I thought maybe it was maybe gas. After waking up this morning to pee assuming it would be gone , it hurts so bad. I used my doppler and baby sounds fine. This is my 4th baby and I thought it was just from growing but I don’t think so. It shouldn’t hurt. Has anyone had this? I thought maybe UTI but it doesn’t feel like it’s from my bladder. The pain is coming from my uterus area . I’m only 14 weeks . I can’t call my midwife for a few hours.
