Nipples bleeding

I have a 21 yr old brother and he got both the covid vaccines and ever since he got his second vaccine wich was last week, he was feeling not so good the first couple days but now one week later he looks unwell. His nipples started hurting and last night they were bleeding. Anyone hear of this ever happen so just wondering if its from the vaccine or something else. Hes a really healthy young man. He says hes feeling good but he doest look it.
