Alone

Does anyone else feel alone in their marriage? My husband is the best and I know he loves me and I love him but all he does is work then when he's home he sleeps all day and night. I know diabetes can make u tired all the time but I just feel so alone even when he's home. I tried talking to him about it but he just says he's sorry and he's just so tired. We never spend time together or do anything... idk I guess I gotta live with it. Just felt like venting lol
