My husband has been a trucker for over a year and it’s so hard to be a stay home mom with our two kids. I just became a stay home mom back in April. I miss working and I miss my work friends. My kids were at daycare and that was my help but now I’m with them all the time. I love them very much but now it’s just me and the kids while my husband works the week days and is home on weekends. Sometimes he will go drive further to make more money, that means he would be gone for two weeks straight. He’s supposed to come home tomorrow but he can’t because he’s too dam far and just got off his 34 hour break. So looks like he’ll be gone for another week. That’ll be 3 weeks without seeing him. I miss him so much. I’m so sad he’s going to miss father day. It’s ok we’ll just celebrate it when he gets back. I’m always so proud of how hardworking his and I know the time away from family is part of the job but It just sucks sometimes.
