What should I do about my job?

I recently began work at a day care for dogs, it's been about a month and a half. Usually I work in daycare and am learning office work as well as cleaning surgical instruments. The co-owner, about two days ago, told me it was great I was learning to do surgical packs and decided to give me more hours for that as well as asking if I'd like to train for physical therapy. I said yes and was excited, however today, she was upset that I didn't know the last name of a dog and kept questioning me asking if I really did know with two other workers who didn't recognize the last name. I was so overwhelmed I said I'm unsure because you keep asking. She then yelled at me in front of my coworkers that I wasn't doing a good job and that if I don't shape up she'll let me go. She was also mocking me by looking around and saying I was vague and unprepared. This upset me greatly because I value respect and felt mistreated as well as embarrassed. I may talk to her tomorrow but it crushed my spirit because I thought I was going great and it's insulting she tells me one thing then goes and tells me differently in public. What should I do ladies? I'm torn. 😕
