Ovulation test question…help!

January 2021 I had a ectopic pregnancy resulting in losing my left Fallopian tube. Ever since we got the ok to try again I have always ovulated on cd13. I always use clear blue advanced ovulation test so I know exactly when I get my solid smiley face. Well this month I’ve been testing since cd10 and every single one has been “low” the open circle. Today is cd 17 and still a open circle. When I open the test the test line has literally been the same color every day. This is not normal for me… usually I get low, then flashing smiley for a couple days and then solid smiley and the test line always darkens as it gets closer to the solid. The color this entire wk has been what I would say a flashing smiley would be but each test is “low”. Do you guys think I have a faulty test that’s just not working or am I just not ovulating this month? I’m so confused!
