Is there a way to increase egg count ?

I have a low ovarian reserve but my eggs are good quality but just don’t have a lot  I’m doing ivf  doc said my egg count is super low for my age but there is nothing that can increase follicles to mature a egg .... is there anyone with any suggestions ?

Can I ask how you know your egg quality is good? I didn't know there was a test for quality? I have a lower egg reserve too, but my doctor told me there is no way of knowing what the quality is like. (Unless you do IVF of course) she also told me you can't increase the quantity, i have read you can try and improve the quality by taking things like coq10 but nothing can increase you quantity as we are born with all the eggs we have and they only decrease in quantity over time. (I might have this wrong but that's what I've read a lot)
