Applying for a job at 23 weeks? *UPDATE

I left my job to be a stay at home mom but my dream job opened up. I've been waiting years for this position to open up. It's a step up from my former job with better pay and benefits. I considered not applying but I've been waiting so long for this. Has anyone applied for a job this far along and ended up getting the job? My former job was with this company, this job is in a different part of the company.
** Thank you all for your replies. I discussed the job with my husband and decided not to apply after all. It's a little hard since this is what I've been working towards the last couple years but since my "last day" is June 30th and this job wouldn't start until August, that would be a full month I wouldn't actually be with the company so I'd only qualify for disability which would only be 6-8 weeks which really isn't enough time for me. I'm going to focus on my last 40 units of school and baby when she gets here. My husband thinks I should take 2 years off of working but I'll give it a year and see from there. Hopefully when I have my B.S. another position like this (or better) will open up.

Sometimes opportunities don’t come along at the right time and you just have to go for it. I was 18 weeks along and got a job, I decided to turn it down for other reasons.
Then I’m not pregnant now but doing a FET next cycle. I was honest with the firm, I said my meds are in my fridge ready to go, if all goes well I won’t be here a year when I’m due. (I am a perfect fit for the job, and they are for me). They were fine with it and said I’ll still be given 13-20 weeks maternity leave, paid. I’m in the US, this is rare. I got 8 weeks at 60% with my son at a job I’d been at over 4 years. 
So point being, take the interview. Be upfront. If you’re the right fit perhaps you could defer your start date until next year or maybe they won’t care.

The biggest issue is that most jobs aren't looking for someone who is going to have to take a leave pretty soon after they start, they're gonna look at the other candidates before considering you. With you saying you have worked for the company before though, it might be worth a shot. Plus it's your dream job! I guess the worst thing you can be told is no 🤷‍♀️

Honestly just don’t say you’re pregnant, even an in person interview if they can tell there is noooo need to bring it up. 
I’m in HR and honestly hate when people disclose pregnancy or illness etc. I want to judge you solely on your qualifications, if you’re a great worker 10-12 weeks can be just enough time to prove yourself. 
On the flip side if you’ve already left the company and are in the states then you won’t qualify for FMLA yet.

Do they know you’re pregnant? Will it be an in person interview? You’re not under any obligation to inform them of your pregnancy until after you’ve accepted their job offer.
I was in a similar situation when I was about 5/6 months pregnant. I was pretty small, and kept my coat on during my interview. I ended up being offered the position, at which point I accepted the offer and then let them know I was pregnant. I can’t say they were super thrilled, but I’d already accepted their offer 🤷🏼‍♀️
