Root canal

Hey y’all, long story short I went in Monday to get root canal and as he’s doing it he says he’s having trouble getting the 4th canal so he told me I have to go to specialist. So my root canal is not done but anyways the next day I had horrible pain and went back and have an abscess tooth where the root canal was, started antibiotics Thursday. Should I be feeling better by now?! I feel like its doing nothing and I’m miserable. 😭
