Idk how to cope

I had the surgery to find out if I have endometriosis. I ended up having a softball sized cyst causing my pain, not endometriosis. The problem is ever since that surgery my belly button has been draining and infected. I have been on a million oral antibiotics, creams to put in there etc. I had two surgery’s trying to fix it and the next step is taking my belly button out. I had my last surgery in January and I just noticed my belly button is once again draining and red and painful. I am so devastated bc the surgeons say the next step is taking it out. I am 23 years old I do not want to live with out a belly button. I just want to keep it. I know it sounds stupid but I don’t want it to look weird and I just don’t want to get it out. I am so upset and can not call the surgeon until Monday. Idk I guess I’m just venting. It seems silly bc I know people have bigger problems but I am honestly so upset over this.
