Random black hairs

I was trying on a bathing suit and saw I had a long black hair on my back🥴

I get them on my chin & neck too.

When I was 16/17 I saw a few on my chest and shaved them so now I have a hairy chest that I pluck 😒

Why is this.. I went to the doctors and she asked me if I shaved I told her yes AFTER I started noticing black hairs and she brushed it off. I’ve taken test too and I have a low thyroid but not enough to get on medication what’s going on 🥺 this is so embarrassing
