Failed FET

Hi im hoping for some inspiring stories 😊 My partner 40 and i 38 have been doing

IVF for the past 6 mths 1 fresh transfer (negative) and 1 frozen ended up positive after 9.5 weeks baby had stopped growing no heartbeat at an ultrasound at 10.5 weeks 😢 this utter broke me and my partner that being said in march we moved forward and did our last frozen transfer (none left now) that resulted in (negative) at the time i was suffering from a horrendous ear infection due to a big hole in my tooth i was on antibiotics which dr’s said would be safe to take i cant help feel that little embaby had no chance as my body was already under pressure. So now after a few months of not talking about our next plan of action as he doesnt even believe in counselling etc (which i have done after having a D&C for the miscarriage) he says we can’t afford to do any more treatment this is a big blow for me. He has a few sperm issues low morphology 3% and progressive is pretty low too but the count is something like 280 million. He says hes a realist and is always saying he is broken im constantly trying to lift him up by saying we can get pregnant as we have been we just needed help (icsi)

IVF then happening the natural way ive always charted my cycles since trying for nearly 2 years.
