How many eggs? IVF question help

IVF question:

I’m currently on cycle day 10 of an IVF cycle. I went in for a blood work and ultrasound today. They found and measured a specified number of follicles that were where they need to be at this point in my cycle, and they said there could potentially be more on one side, but it was too early to tell. If I did have more follicles, is it likely that they would be mature enough to be fertilized? Or is it too late in my cycle for any more follicles to develop to the correct size?
