Pacifier help

My son is has latch issues he was born tongue tied and lip tied. He is 2.5 months old and is obsessed with the Philips pacifier or wub a nub. He has had his tongue tie clipped. Yet his latch is horrible. How do I help him with keeping his pacifier in. I need sleep. I try the flicking to learn to suck but he physically tries his best but has no strength to keep it in. I'm so tired. He is breastfed however has issues with my latch too. He has an appointment with pediatrician ENT as lactation cannot recommend anything else for us for breastfeeding. But thought I'd ask on here for pacifier help. Is there a brand similar easier to keep in? Is there another trick to the flicking it out to teach him to suck? Help please.
