Spotting

Looking for hope and reassurance. I had two instances yesterday with spotting pink some light red blood yesterday. Early today I had very light pink when I wiped like twice. This evening I am having brown discharge. I am 11 wks 5 days. I am so concerned because my nausea and vomiting has completely gone away as well. I am not having cramping though. We are scheduled for our 12 wk appt Wednesday and I am just not sure I want to wait until then to be seen. This is my fourth pregnancy and I’ve never experienced not being sick or spotting.
